The saj is a domed griddle that has fed Palestinian kitchens for generations. We brought one to Ohio and built a trailer around it.
Everything is halal and everything is made fresh daily, with quality ingredients and authentic recipes. Musakhan rolls, sumac chicken and olive oil, hummus under a pile of carved shawarma, cauliflower fried until the edges go dark. Recipes from our home to yours.
